Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate RBT-In Home Therapist to join our team. As an In-Home Behavior Technician, you will work directly with clients in their homes, implementing ABA interventions and collecting data to track progress.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement ABA interventions for clients in their homes, ensuring a tailored approach that fits seamlessly into their everyday lives.
  • Collect, record, and analyze client progress data, preparing it for review by a BCBA.
  • Collaborate with program staff to ensure consistency and effectiveness in therapy.
  • Provide parents and guardians with feedback on client activities and progress.
  • Customize and refine individualized ABA therapy programs.
  • Assist in developing behavior intervention plans.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members to enhance therapy outcomes.
  • Embrace learning and constructive feedback to improve performance.
  • Follow instructions carefully and seek clarity when needed.
  • Adapt to working both independently and as part of a team.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday between 8am and 8:00 pm.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and meet the physical demands of the role.
  • Willingness to obtain In-Person First Aid/CPR certification.
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current insurance.
