  • Assist guests with any beer-related questions or requests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Adhere to responsible alcohol service practices and ensure compliance with all applicable liquor laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and serving staff to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction, fostering a positive and efficient work environment.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a Beer Connoisseur or similar role in a beer-focused establishment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional beer service.
  • Extensive knowledge of different beer styles, brewing techniques, and flavor profiles, with a passion for craft beer and a desire to share that passion with others.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle cash transactions accurately, with a strong focus on providing exceptional guest experiences.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time, with flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
