• You will be accountable for supporting the management, oversight, and operation of all aspects within your pharmacy.

• Patient Safety: Ensure safe handling of medications and maintain a clean and organized pharmacy environment.
• Professional Practice: Stay up-to-date on the latest developments in pharmacy practice and apply that knowledge to improve patient care.
• Regulatory Requirements: Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations governing pharmacy operations.
• Quality Assurance: Monitor and improve the quality of services provided by your pharmacy team.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to patients and customers, responding to their needs in a timely and professional manner.
• Personnel Management: Lead and develop your Pharmacy Technician Support Staff, providing training and support to help them grow and succeed.
• Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to maintain an efficient pharmacy operation.
• Financial Performance: Work with your team to optimize financial performance, identifying opportunities to reduce costs and improve revenue.
• Loss Prevention: Take proactive steps to prevent loss and ensure the security of pharmacy assets.
• Workflow Optimization: Streamline processes to improve efficiency and productivity.

• Active Pharmacy License in the state where employed
• No DEA Excluded Parties List
• Immunization Certification through an accredited organization
• No pending felony charges or convictions for controlled substances

The estimated hourly pay range for this role is $65-$78 per hour, reflecting the base hourly rate for positions within this job grade.
