Job Title: Chief Financial Officer - Fund Solutions

Cambridge Associates is seeking a seasoned Chief Financial Officer to lead our Fund Solutions team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial and operational aspects of our Fund Platform, including fund closings, cash management, accounting, investor reporting, audit, valuation, and tax functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the financial and operational aspects of our Fund Platform, including 70 vehicles, 500 LPs, and ~$9B in AUM.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of fund accounting and operations professionals.
  • Oversee external fund service provider relationships, including contract and fee negotiations.
  • Ensure compliance with LPA terms and regulations in partnership with CA Legal and Compliance.
  • Partner closely with investment and operations professionals to advance the capabilities of our Fund Platform.
Requirements:
  • Private fund CFO experience.
  • 15 years in progressively responsible financial leadership roles.
  • Deep knowledge of how private funds operate.
  • Demonstrated experience with private markets asset classes.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA, CPA, and/or CFA strongly preferred.
