About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Meat Cutter and Inventory Specialist to join our team at Sam's Club in Williamstown, NJ. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and display meat products according to established standards, ensuring quality and freshness for our members.
• Monitor inventory levels, receiving and stocking merchandise, and reporting any discrepancies or issues to management.
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to member inquiries and resolving any concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and other relevant data, utilizing digital tools and software as needed.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact positively with members and colleagues.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or experience in retail or food services preferred.

What We Offer

• Competitive hourly wage ranging from $17.00 to $24.00 per hour.
• Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
