Position Overview

Salary: 50k-75k BOE

The Program Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the effective functioning of operations across multiple sites. This role entails planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and coordinating the activities of a diverse team. The Program Operations Manager will act as the main liaison to the Government client.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate, receive, review, and assess the accuracy and completeness of personnel security documentation.
  • Serve as the Project Manager in their absence; accountable for the comprehensive administrative management of Contractor personnel and ensuring all contract performance standards are met.
  • Prepare and maintain personnel security files (PSF).
  • Conduct database checks and inquiries, as well as maintain databases and files.
  • Order and receive background investigation (BI) products from the Office of Personnel Management, contract service providers, and other federal entities.
  • Address inquiries through the Customer Service line for general assistance.
  • Perform checks from automated repositories/databases to support contract personnel assignments within Industrial Security.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Arts/Science degree or 5+ years of supervisory/management experience in Personnel Security.
  • 1+ years of experience in background investigations.

Work Environment: Onsite
