Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with senior leadership to conduct strategic analyses by developing financial models and insights.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in Accounting and Operations to implement strategic plans.
  • Prepare and oversee forecasting reports.
  • Manage weekly, quarterly, and annual bookings and P&L forecasts at the Area/Segment level.
  • Facilitate effective Business Intelligence (BI) to deliver forward-looking insights and support decision-making.
  • Provide monthly financial reporting to business partners, highlighting results and necessary actions.
  • Evaluate performance metrics and identify potential risks and opportunities.
Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline from an accredited institution.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment is preferred.
  • Proficient in Excel.
  • Intermediate proficiency in PowerBI.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with Operations and office leaders.
  • Excellent project management and organizational capabilities.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to inspire and guide team members.
