Practice Details- Full-time, permanent position
- 4-day work week
- Direct employment by Lake Charles Memorial Health System
- Shared clinic call schedules
- Established and stable practice with other physicians
- Flexible model options: traditional practice or ambulatory only
- High patient volume opportunities
- No unassigned call duties
- Potential to augment practice with additional roles, including inpatient rehabilitation rounding, long-term acute care (LTAC) rounding, and/or nursing home rounding/directorships
