  • Facilities Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep of our facilities, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Troubleshoot and repair equipment to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Preventative Maintenance: Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to reduce equipment failures and extend equipment lifespan.
  • Inventory Management: Manage and maintain inventory of spare parts and supplies to ensure timely repairs and replacements.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and optimize equipment performance.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; 2-year technical degree or 4-year degree preferred.
  • Experience: 3 years of general facilities maintenance experience preferred; 3 years of electrical experience preferred; 3 years of PLC experience preferred.
  • Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude; general knowledge of PLC, AC/DC motors, servo motors, machining, HVAC, LOTO, pneumatic and hydraulic controls, and plumbing.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 80 pounds; ability to work in a variety of environments, including outdoor, indoor, confined spaces, heights, and all weather conditions.
