Key Responsibilities
  • Process and manage accounts receivable, including creating invoices and submitting them to customers.
  • Work with sales management to approve credit memos as needed.
  • Maintain and update customer files with customer contacts and related records.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing to release orders on credit hold.
  • Run periodic credit reports as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
  • Work with external auditors and provide necessary information for the annual audit.
  • Assist with filing quarterly and annual reports as required for tax reporting matters.
  • Help ensure compliance with local, state, and federal government requirements.
  • Provide backup support for accounts payable.
  • Assist with collections process as needed.
  • Manage all payroll processes.
  • Provide support as needed for Human Resources and time and attendance management.
  • Reconcile all monthly benefit invoices for accuracy.
  • Assist with special projects and analysis as requested by management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or Business Administration preferred.
  • Three to Five years of related experience required.
Work Environment
  • The work performed is conducted in a climate-controlled facility.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs. at a time.
  • Prolonged periods sitting or standing at a desk and working on a computer.
Salary

$50,000 - $60,000 DOE
