Tower Technician

At Access One Consulting, we are seeking a skilled Tower Tech to join our team. As a key member of our crew, your primary duties will involve assisting in the safe and efficient installation, programming, and troubleshooting of microwave equipment, antennas, and lines.

We are looking for someone with experience climbing telecommunications towers, familiar with major carriers, and able to work in varying weather conditions. This is a full-time W-2 hourly position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair wireless communication towers across assigned territories.
• Climb and work on communication towers for installing, replacing, and repairing antenna systems equipment.
• Perform tower maintenance, including inspections and repairs.
• Use hand tools and mechanical equipment safely and effectively.
• Ensure quality work and adherence to company and government safety requirements.

Qualifications:

• Previous training or 18 months of experience climbing telecommunications towers preferred.
• Familiarity with major carriers (VZW, Sprint, T-Mobile, Ericsson, AT&T).
• Excellent safety record and ability to work in heights up to 200+ feet.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively.
• Able to work in varying weather conditions and adapt to changing situations.
