  2. Design and Implementation: Develop and implement physical design solutions, including synthesis, clock domain crossing, and netlist verification.
  3. Timing Analysis and Closure: Conduct timing analysis and identify bottlenecks, ensuring timely closure of timing-related issues.
  4. Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring successful tape-out and signoff.

Requirements:

  1. Experience: 7+ years of relevant experience in physical design, with a strong background in place and route, timing analysis, and scripting.
  2. Technical Skills: Expertise in TCL or Python scripting, industry-standard tools like Design Compiler/Genus, ICC2/Fusion Compiler/Innovus, and netlist verification.
  3. Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading and managing teams from different geographic locations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Additional Experience: Familiarity with vector/vectorless flow using Redhawk SC tool and block IR closure.
  2. Additional Skills: Good understanding of StarRC/PrimeTime or QRC/Tempus tool and ability to analyze timing reports.
