BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our team in Chantilly, Virginia.

About the Role:
  • Perform diagnostic tests and measurements to assess clients' mobility, strength, and balance.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to improve clients' functional abilities.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support.
  • Provide education and instruction to clients and their families on therapy services and activities.
  • Accurately document client care management and services provided.
Requirements:
  • Current VA Physical Therapist license.
  • Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association.
  • Solid computer skills and prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
