Job Title: Data Entry Specialist

CR&R Incorporated is a leading environmental recycling collection company serving over 3 million people and 25,000 businesses in Southern California.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Entry Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will use Excel to enter routing information and analyze data to deliver weekly reports for managers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enter data into Excel spreadsheets and other databases
  • Analyze data to deliver weekly reports for managers
  • Modify Excel spreadsheets and Word documents using formulas
  • Analyze route efficiencies using historical data
  • Maintain truck routing using routing optimization software
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical skills and Excel expertise
  • 10-key experience
  • Ability to effectively use Excel and other Windows Office programs
  • Ability to create and enhance existing formulas on Excel
