Personal Banker

As a Personal Banker at UMB, you will play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, identifying their financial needs, and providing tailored solutions to help them achieve their financial goals.

• Conduct personalized consultations with customers to understand their financial needs and preferences
• Develop and implement customized financial plans to meet customers' goals and objectives
• Provide expert advice on UMB's products and services, including deposit accounts, loans, and investment solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of financial solutions
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory requirements to provide informed guidance to customers

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
• 1+ year of experience in a retail environment, preferably in a banking or financial services role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
• Strong product knowledge and sales skills, with the ability to identify and meet customers' financial needs
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention
