Key Responsibilities:

  • Directs team performance, including evaluations, coaching, and enforcing company policies and standards.
  • Facilitates communication with Project Managers and other departments.
  • Creates and manages delivery schedules in collaboration with Project and Service Managers.
  • Ensures compliance with company and client policies in all paperwork processing.
  • Maintains accurate inventory records and oversees procurement documentation.
  • Collaborates with management to review and maintain the warehouse budget.
  • Approves vendor invoices and manages warehouse equipment and vehicles.
  • Oversees shipping and receiving operations, ensuring accuracy in inventory management.
  • Ensures all safety protocols are followed and maintained in the warehouse environment.
  • Conducts administrative tasks as required and oversees employee performance reviews.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  1. A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience or equivalent qualifications.
  2. High school diploma or equivalent certification.
  3. Proven experience in shipping, receiving, and fulfillment operations.
  4. Experience operating large vehicles and ability to obtain forklift certification.
  5. Knowledge of safety inspection and maintenance procedures for vehicles and equipment.
  6. Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills.
  7. Proficient in data entry and reporting, with a positive attitude towards teamwork and change.
  8. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
  9. Must possess a valid state driver's license and maintain a clean driving record.
