Join Our Team-Based PracticeWe're seeking Board-Certified/Board Eligible Family or Internal Medicine Physicians to join our team-based practice in Monticello, GA.

- 2+ years of clinical outpatient experience, post-residency
- Current, unrestricted State license or eligibility for licensure
- Board certification/eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- Active registration or eligibility to register with the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA)
- Active Medicare/Medicaid enrollment or eligibility to enroll
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Comfortable with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system; Athena preferred
