Key Responsibilities

• Organizing and stocking workstations with essential supplies
• Preparing ingredients including chopping, mixing, and creating sauces
• Cooking menu items such as grilling, sautéing, and frying, following established recipes for our signature offerings, in collaboration with the kitchen team
• Presenting dishes to the Chef's precise specifications, ensuring proper plating and garnishing
• Maintaining a clean and hygienic workspace
