Randall Construction is seeking a skilled Metalwork Field Installer / Welder to join our team in Orlando. This role offers a competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per year and comes with a range of benefits including health insurance, matching 401(k), and paid time off.

Job Summary:

As a Metalwork Field Installer / Welder, you will be responsible for leading a team, reading and interpreting blueprints, diagrams, and sketches, and laying out and cross-checking shop setups.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of skilled professionals.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and sketches.
  • Lay out and cross-check shop setups.
  • Fabricate and assemble metal structures using welders, cutters, shapers, and measuring tools.
  • Oversee the installation of fine finish elements.

Physical Requirements:

You must be able to lift a dead weight of at least 50 pounds and stand on your feet for several hours at a time. You must also be able to bend, stretch, crouch, and lift as required by the job, be able to respond quickly to sounds, move safely over uneven terrain or in confined spaces, see and respond to dangerous situations, safely climb ladders while carrying tools/items, work in extreme weather, and properly wear personal protective gear.
