- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure clear understanding and coordination of care.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest nursing practices and evidence-based guidelines to provide the highest level of care.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current and valid nursing license.
- BLS certification or obtain within 30 days of hire.
