Job Summary

We're a well-established, full-service restaurant concept with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. As a Host/Hostess, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet guests warmly and professionally, ensuring a positive first impression
  • Manage guest flow, seating, and reservations in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest needs and concerns
  • Work collaboratively with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area, adhering to health and safety standards
Requirements
  • Must be at least 16 years of age or 18 years of age if serving alcohol
  • Flexible availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
