We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Armed Security Officer to join our team at GardaWorld. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, observing and reporting on activity at your assigned location, and responding to critical situations in a timely and effective manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service at all times, ensuring a positive experience for clients and colleagues alike.
  • Observation and Reporting: Conduct regular observations of the assigned location, identifying and reporting any potential security risks or incidents.
  • Critical Response: Respond promptly and effectively to critical situations, utilizing your training and experience to de-escalate conflicts and ensure a safe environment.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of incidents, observations, and other relevant information.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, including those related to customer procedures, regulations, and standards.
Requirements
  • Education: High school education or equivalent (GED)
  • Experience: Military, Law Enforcement, or Corrections experience required
  • Licensing: Valid license and meet any additional requirements as an armed security officer in your state
  • Screening: Ability to pass an extensive screening process
