Job Title: Medical Technologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Technologist to join our team at Supplemental Health Care. As a Medical Technologist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of laboratory test results.

Job Summary:

The Medical Technologist will be responsible for performing laboratory tests, analyzing samples, and reporting results to physicians. You will work closely with our team to ensure that all laboratory procedures are followed and that high-quality results are produced.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform laboratory tests on patient specimens to detect, diagnose, and monitor diseases
  • Collect and analyze samples, and report results to physicians
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure accurate and reliable laboratory results
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure laboratory accuracy and reliability
Requirements:
  • Must have American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP) Certification or American Medical Technologists (AMT) certification
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Must have experience as a Generalist, Blood Banking, Phlebotomy, Urinalysis, Hematology
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized individual
  • Demonstrable familiarity with complex medical equipment
  • Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and irregular hours
