i9 Sports - Puget Sound, WA is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Flag Football Instructor/Official. This role is a critical part of our sports development program, responsible for enforcing rules, cultivating a positive culture, and advocating for the program.

• Enforce i9 Sports rules and regulations to ensure a fun, learning, and safe environment for all players.
• Teach and demonstrate core concepts, including sportsmanship values, to players and coaches.
• Manage game time, scorekeeping, and instruction to ensure a high-quality experience for all participants.
• Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills to provide an exceptional experience for players, coaches, and spectators.

• Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written communication.
• Sport-specific officiating, playing, or coaching experience.
• Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and solve problems.
• Awareness and ability to take charge of any situation to ensure the safety of players.
• Positive attitude and strong ability to build professional relationships.
• Ability to work a varied schedule, including weekends and some evenings, for the duration of the season.
• Must be able to pass a National Criminal Background Check.
• Must have reliable transportation and be dependable.

Salary range is $24.00, DOE.
