Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct thorough evaluations of patients using various diagnostic assessments to determine their physical capabilities.
2. Develop customized rehabilitation plans that include therapeutic exercises and modalities aimed at improving patient outcomes.
3. Guide patients through exercises and functional training, ensuring the use of appropriate techniques and equipment.
4. Provide education to patients on therapeutic practices to support their ongoing recovery at home.
5. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate therapy activities and achieve set rehabilitation goals.
6. Participate in training sessions for medical staff on effective physical therapy methods.
7. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation to support clinical decisions and ensure compliance with healthcare standards.
Expectations:
- Demonstrate an understanding of patient development across various age groups and adapt treatment accordingly.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy or related field required.
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist is mandatory.
- Basic Life Support certification is required upon hire.
Physical Requirements:
- Frequent standing, walking, and talking.
- Occasional lifting and carrying of up to 50 lbs.
- Exposure to occupational hazards in a clinical environment.
