Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Toolmaker and Machine Builder to join our dynamic team at Jobot. As a leading manufacturing company, we are committed to delivering high-quality products to our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Design and build machinery and tools using CAD and CNC machining.
  • Work with rubber and plastic extrusion processes to produce parts and components.
  • Operate and maintain EDM machines for toolmaking and component production.
  • Collaborate with the engineering and manufacturing teams to identify and solve production issues.
  • Perform regular maintenance on machines and tools to ensure optimal performance.
  • Create and update technical documents and drawings for machine and tool designs.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and product quality.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Tool Maker/Machine Builder in the manufacturing industry.
  • Proven experience with CNC machining and CAD.
  • Experience with rubber and plastic extrusion processes.
  • Proficiency in operating and maintaining EDM machines.
  • Strong technical skills, including the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex machinery issues.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • A commitment to safety and quality, with a strong attention to detail.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, with a focus on meeting deadlines.
