Job Overview:
Mass General Brigham is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Float Pool team in Everett, Massachusetts. This 32-hour evening position offers the opportunity to work with diverse patients, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to delivering exceptional patient care.

">">- This role involves providing high-quality nursing care to patients across various departments, adapting to changing situations, and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
- The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and demonstrate initiative in addressing challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
">">- Nursing assessments are completed accurately and timely in accordance with practice standards.
- A plan of care is developed and implemented that reflects the needs and goals of each patient.
- Nursing care is provided, evaluated, and modified to achieve goals and objectives.
- Patient care documentation is completed per established standards.
- Medications are administered safely and according to professional standards of practice and nursing policies and procedures.
- Doctors' orders are transcribed or acknowledged as needed and carried out as directed.
- Nursing care activities are coordinated in collaboration with other care team members to facilitate achievement of patient goals.
Requirements and Qualifications:
">">- A current license from the Massachusetts Board of Registration as a Registered Nurse is required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certificate is required.
- Education/Degree Required: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Preferred Skills:
- Effective verbal, electronic, and written communications skills using the English language.
- Computer proficiency is required, with Microsoft Office applications preferred.
- Maintain variable work schedules to meet department needs.

Estimated Salary Range: $85,000-$110,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive compensation package, including benefits, retirement planning, and opportunities for growth and development within the organization.
