Key Responsibilities- Assist with homework completion and provide support to students in need.

- Lead a specific component of daily and monthly operations and programming for the Education Department, ensuring a high level of quality and engagement.
- Provide opportunities for children to succeed, develop, and strengthen academic, physical, and social skills, fostering a positive and inclusive environment.
- Actively seek professional development and resources to further support youth and families, staying up-to-date with best practices and industry trends.
- Report possible cases of child abuse, neglect, or endangerment to the proper authorities, upholding the highest standards of child safety and well-being.
- Escort children from designated pick-up locations to the Kroc Center, ensuring a safe and secure transition.
- Design, plan, and implement weekly lessons and activities, incorporating diverse and engaging approaches to learning.
- Research resources and tools for students and families, providing valuable support and guidance.
- Build a positive rapport with all children and their families, establishing trust and fostering strong relationships.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience working with youth (TK – 5th grade) is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
- Ability to lead and motivate others, with a passion for education and youth development.
- Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and grow.
