Responsibilities- Perform initial exams and re-exams, including medical history, focused physical exam, and review of pertinent imaging/documents/reports
- Test and diagnostic imaging, including developing and marking x-rays
- Evaluate findings and determine diagnosis, preparing appropriate treatment plans
- Patient education on diagnosis, treatment plan options, pre and post-treatment care, lifestyle modifications, take-home stretches and exercises, and benefits of continued chiropractic care
- Treatment, including chiropractic care, adjustments, and various therapies and physical therapy modalities
- Documentation and charting, including timely and accurate notes
- Work cooperatively with the team and other support staff for comprehensive patient care
- Patient follow-up to ensure treatment goals are being met, including reassessments
- Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC)
- Active Chiropractic license in Tennessee
- Knowledge of Cox Flexion Distraction, Diversified, and some Activator techniques is helpful but not required
