We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Director to join our team at Saber Healthcare Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the Life Safety Code, physical plant, equipment, grounds, and utilities are maintained in good working order and in accordance with community policies, state and federal regulations.

• Ensure the maintenance of the physical plant, equipment, grounds, and utilities in accordance with community policies, state and federal regulations.
• Follow all health, sanitary, and infection control policies and maintain established standards of practice set forth by the community's administration and Maintenance Policies and Procedures.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, co-workers, and community staff in the performance of duties.
• Observe proper safety and sanitary techniques.
• Work hours as scheduled based on the requirements of the position/assignment.

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate in English and have the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to possess and demonstrate the ability to carry out both verbal and written directions.
• Good interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
• At least two (2) years' experience in environmental services, maintenance, or relative trade, preferably in the healthcare or hospitality industry.
