Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Sleep Specialist to join our team at UCHealth. As a key member of our sleep research and patient care team, you will be responsible for conducting sleep studies, interpreting results, and providing education to patients on their sleep health.

About the Role:

  • Conduct comprehensive sleep studies to diagnose and treat sleep disorders
  • Score, interpret, and report results of sleep studies to healthcare providers
  • Provide education to patients on sleep disorders, treatment options, and lifestyle modifications
  • Maintain equipment and ensure optimal performance
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop personalized treatment plans

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., polysomnography, respiratory therapy)
  • Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) certification or equivalent
  • Experience working in a sleep lab or related healthcare setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

Compensation:

$25.80 - $38.70 per hour, depending on experience
