Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead to join our Backend Engineering team. As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for designing and implementing the architecture of our cloud-based platform, leading a team of engineers, and introducing tools and processes to scale our development processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement the architecture of our cloud-based platform
  • Lead a team of 2-4 backend developers to deliver high-quality product features
  • Introduce tools and processes to scale and accelerate our development processes
  • Work with product and design teams to plan and deliver on new product features
  • Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the team
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or equivalent degrees
  • 8+ years industry experience as a Software Engineer and/or Tech Lead
  • Experience in building enterprise software platforms
  • Hands-on architecture design and coding skills
  • Experience working with relational and non-relational databases
  • Experience in one or more programming languages (Java, Python, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with deploying and managing apps on the cloud (AWS/Google)
