Fleet Mechanic Role

About the Role

TriCare Medical Transportation is seeking a skilled Fleet Mechanic to join our team in Pleasantville, NJ. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and reliable transportation of our patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle issues, including brakes, drivability, emissions, and steering and suspension.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes and tire rotations.
• Inspect vehicles for signs of wear and identify areas that require service or replacement.
• Log all repairs and maintenance in our work order system.
• Collaborate with our Fleet Manager and Operations Managers to ensure seamless transportation operations.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of documented mechanic experience on light, medium, and heavy equipment.
• ASE certification preferred.
• Must have own tools and a valid driver's license.
• Satisfactory driving history and clean driving record.
