Exterior Finisher


About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Exterior Finisher to join our team at Select Painting LLC. As a key member of our residential painting team, you will be responsible for transforming spaces in people's homes and businesses with exceptional craftsmanship, finesse, and quality customer service.


Responsibilities:
  • Protect surfaces from paint using masking tape, drop cloths, and other coverings
  • Prepare surfaces for painting by employing various methods
  • Apply paint and finishes professionally using brushes, rollers, and sprayers
  • Remove old finishes safely without damaging surfaces
  • Clean equipment and work areas thoroughly
  • Communicate effectively with team members and customers

Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to follow supervisor directions
  • Positive attitude and friendly demeanor
  • Customer service expertise
  • Safe handling of hand tools

Physical Demands:
  • Lift and carry 50 pounds of supplies and equipment
  • Comfortable working at heights on ladders or lifts
  • Work on knees for extended periods
  • Wear respirator and required safety gear
  • Stand for long periods
  • Age 18 or older
