Hydro Blaster Technician

HPC-Industrial, a Clean Harbors company, is seeking a skilled Hydro Blaster Technician to join their team in Reserve, LA. As a Hydro Blaster Technician, you will be responsible for the successful execution of setting up and assisting with water treatment systems, pipeline hydrostatic testing, and various other responsibilities.

• Set up and assist with water treatment systems
• Perform pipeline hydrostatic testing
• Operate manual and automated Hydroblasting equipment
• Examine surface cleaned to ensure conformance to company and customer expectations
• Conduct routine and required maintenance on the unit and all peripherals
• Perform additional duties as assigned

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver's License
• Valid Federal Transportation Workers Identification Credential (TWIC)
• OSHA certification may be required
• Ability to stand on hard surfaces for an extended period
• Ability to work under extreme climate conditions
• Ability to engage in strenuous physical labor
• Ability to work in confined spaces
• Ability to work in loud work environments
• Strong reading and writing skills
• Ability to wear a respirator
• Ability to work shift work - no set schedule
