Merchandising Representative

At Frito Lay, we're seeking a highly motivated Merchandising Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving to assigned locations, retrieving Frito-Lay products, and ensuring freshness and attractiveness to customers.

• Product Retrieval: Drive personal vehicle to store locations, retrieving Frito-Lay products and merchandising them on sales floors.
• Store Management: Check-in and out with manager on duty.
• Inventory Maintenance: Merchandise cases, rotate products, and remove defective and out-of-date products.
• Display Setup: Tidy shelves and displays, knock down boxes, and dispose of waste.
• Mobile Display Assistance: Assist in assembling and disassembling temporary mobile displays.

We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience.

This role requires a strong work ethic, flexibility, customer focus, attention to detail, and effective communication. Additionally, you must be able to lift 15-40 pounds, climb, push, pull, bend, stand, stoop, and kneel for extended periods. Reliable transportation is also required, as well as being 18 years old and willing to work weekends and holidays.
