About the Opportunity

We are seeking skilled CRNAs to join our team at HCA Healthcare Anesthesia Services, specifically at TriCities Hospital in Hopewell, Virginia.

This is a W2, hospital-employed position with an excellent compensation package and benefits. The role offers a No call/No nights schedule and a supportive practice setting that fosters collaboration across departments.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for optimizing training and growth opportunities.

Highlights of the Role:

  • A care team model of 4 MDs and 8 CRNAs covering 6 sites of service, with 5500 cases annually.
  • Cases include general surgery, orthopedics, and GI, with no cardiac or OB responsibilities.
  • No call and No nights shifts, with a 4, 10s schedule.
  • Opportunity to practice top of license with demonstrated proficiency.
