Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Environmental Services Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our housekeeping and laundry services, ensuring that our facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
Responsibilities- Supervise and manage a team of housekeeping and laundry staff to ensure that all tasks are completed to the highest standards.
- Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure that our facilities are clean and safe.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with our facilities management team to ensure that all maintenance and repair work is completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2+ years of experience in housekeeping or facilities management.
- Proven track record of leadership and supervisory experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
