Telecommunications Representative

We are seeking a Telecommunications Representative to join our team at Omnia US in Detroit, MI. As a Telecommunications Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving technical issues, and providing product information to customers.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding technical support, product information, and other inquiries.
• Resolve technical issues and provide accurate information and solutions to customers.
• Document customer interactions in our CRM system and follow up on unresolved issues to ensure timely resolution.

• A high school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Proven customer service experience (1-2 years), preferably in a call center or customer-facing role.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a clear and professional phone demeanor.

The estimated salary for this position is $41,000 - $56,000 per year, based on experience and performance.
