Critical Care Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse II to join our transplant clinic team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide individualized patient care, work collaboratively with colleagues, and contribute to the delivery of exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality patient care, utilizing evidence-based practices and adhering to established standards.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive patient plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring timely communication with healthcare providers.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for enhancement and contributing to process improvements.
- Bachelor of Nursing degree preferred; Associate or Diploma degree in nursing with enrollment in an accredited BSN program within two years and successful completion of a BSN degree within four years.
- Minimum one year of work experience as a registered nurse.
- Licensure as a registered nurse by the South Carolina Board of Nursing or a compact state.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, either from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
- Ability to perform job functions while standing, sitting, and walking.
- Capacity to lift and carry 50 lbs. unassisted.
- Good peripheral vision capabilities and ability to maintain 20/40 vision, corrected, in one eye or with both eyes.
- A competitive salary range of $64,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
