Responsibilities
  • Conduct inspections and troubleshoot mechanical and some electrical equipment failures.
  • Perform repairs and replace defective components as necessary.
  • Deliver technical training to clients when required.
  • Act as a liaison between the customer and the manufacturer regarding equipment issues.
  • Complete job reports accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain tools and parts essential for customer support.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (a two-year technical degree is highly preferred).
  • At least three years of experience in mechanical maintenance.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical schematics.
  • Familiarity with precision measuring instruments (e.g., micrometers, calipers, gauges).
  • Willingness to travel extensively as required.
