Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on food processing and packaging machinery
  • Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical malfunctions
  • Execute maintenance activities in accordance with USDA regulations
  • Work with 110/230/460V electrical systems and VFDs
  • Proficient in PLC programming and servo drive systems
  • Fabricate and modify components as necessary
  • Adhere to SQF Food Safety Code compliance
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of experience with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
  • Familiarity with high-speed machinery and automated systems
  • Previous experience in food production environments is advantageous
