Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Social Worker to join our team as a contract employee for the school year. This is a full-time position with a competitive hourly rate and a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide social work services to students with special needs in a kindergarten to middle school setting
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other support staff to develop and implement individualized education plans
  • Conduct assessments and provide counseling services to students and their families
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community resources and agencies to support student needs
Requirements:
  • 1 year of verifiable experience as a Social Worker within the last 3 years
  • Valid Social Worker credential/license or in process in the state of practice
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
