As a Senior Data Management Specialist at Sylger Corporation, you will play a crucial role in supporting the federal government's data-driven initiatives. With a strong background in data modeling, warehouse architecture, and ETL development using the Data Vault 2.0 methodology, you will design and implement efficient data solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing procedural SQL development using T-SQL, as well as expertise in Python, Pandas, and Azure. You should also be proficient in Tableau visualization tools and able to create complex data visualizations that support decision-making. Additionally, experience with DevOps principles and practices, including automation, infrastructure as code, containerization, and testing, is highly desirable.

In this position, you will propose and design changes to physical data models to resolve problems, develop ETL/ELT jobs, write transformation expressions, monitor deployed jobs, and debug/troubleshoot any errors encountered. You will also work collaboratively with data analysts and other end-users to gather visualization and reporting needs and requirements. The salary for this position is approximately $120,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
