Job Summary:The Registered Nurse RN will be responsible for delivering nursing care to patients requiring care, collecting patient data, making observations, and reporting pertinent information to the care of patients. This role requires a strong commitment to teamwork, patient-centered care, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver nursing care to patients, utilizing the state-specific Nurse Practice Act, Practice Guidelines, and nursing judgment.
- Collect patient data, make observations, and report pertinent information to the care of patients.
- Direct and supervise care given by other nursing staff members as needed.
- Must be a licensed RN in good standing with the state (as required).
- 1+ years of nursing experience in a long-term care facility strongly preferred.
