Key Responsibilities
As a Truck Driver with XPO Careers, you will run loads between XPO facilities for pickup and drop off, work with fellow XPO employees, navigate various routes, maintain CMV safety, and ensure compliance with transportation regulations. You will operate various tractor-trailer combinations over long distances in a typical 5-day work week away from home, operating the vehicle safely within DOT regulations. Additionally, you will be responsible for operating all internal freight transportation work tools and required systems.

Working Conditions
Team Drivers are required to lift objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights (frequently up to 50 lbs. and occasionally greater than 75 lbs.), safely climb in/out of tractor cab/trailer, sit for extended periods in a truck tractor, reach (including above your head), bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat and kneel. You must also properly operate a handheld device. This role requires working in all types of weather while safely transporting all freight types for up to 11 consecutive hours.
