Obstetrician-Gynecologist

Archway Physician Recruitment LLC is seeking a skilled Obstetrician-Gynecologist to join our team in Coupeville, Washington. This per diem position offers a unique opportunity to provide obstetrics and gynecology services in a rural setting.

We are looking for a highly qualified OB/GYN to join our team at the Women's Care Clinic. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in obstetrics and gynecology, with experience in office-based and hospital-based procedures. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct patient care, supervising mid-level practitioners, and participating in policy development and long-term planning for clinic operations.

• Provide direct services to patients on an ongoing basis at both the clinic and hospital sites
• Supervise mid-level practitioners and remain available as a resource for planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care services
• Review medical records periodically as part of the patient care evaluation process
• Ensure ongoing patient and family education is provided, and facilitate the development and evaluation of standardized education plans and approaches
• Assist in ongoing Quality Improvement activities, including planning, conducting, reporting, and evaluation via the performance review process

• Education: Degree in medicine (MD or DO) from a nationally accredited allopathic or osteopathic medical school
• Completion of a nationally accredited internship and residency in Obstetrics/Gynecology
• Minimum of three years as a practicing obstetrician/gynecologist preferred
• Minimum of one to three years experience in supervision of mid-level practitioners and/or rural health clinic setting preferred

Employees who work a 0.5 FTE or higher are categorized as benefit eligible. Salary range: $348-375K - up to $20K sign-on incentive.
