Key Responsibilities:- Lead and direct pharmacy staff, including pharmacists and technicians, to ensure seamless operations and excellent patient service.
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the pharmacy, including patient safety, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, improve profitability, and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to maintain a competitive edge.
- Active pharmacy license in the state of employment.
- Immunization certification through an accredited organization.
- Pharmacist in charge designation on the pharmacy state license.
- Registration with the state PMP administrator for PMP access.
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree.
- Competitive pay range: $81.00 per hour.
