Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our dynamic treatment team in Dallas, TX. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing laser hair removal treatments, educating patients on treatment protocols, and providing exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities:- Perform laser hair removal treatments within established protocols and procedures
- Educate patients on laser hair removal process and pre/post treatment care recommendations
- Work autonomously with clients to achieve their medical or aesthetic hair-free goals
- Collaborate with the clinic team to achieve company goals
- Provide a friendly and comfortable environment by delivering world-class patient care
- Record clear and accurate medical documentation in patients' EMR on a tablet device
- Ensure a professional clean work environment; to include prepping the treatment room in between patients
- Clean and perform minor maintenance on the laser to ensure proper functionality
- Collaborate with Regional Clinical Specialist/Practitioner and Medical Management Specialists, as needed, regarding patient treatment plans
- Active, unencumbered RN license
- Out of state travel for training may be required
- Passionate about providing excellent patient care
- Ability to work 38-40 hours per week, including rotating Saturdays and evenings
- Exhibit exceptional communication skills, both verbal & written
- Ability to maintain highly confidential information
- Be able to stand for up to 9 hours a day
- Be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Be able to visually assess the clients' skin and use visual abilities while operating the laser
- Be able to operate a laser and computer/office machinery (required use of hands, fingers, arms)
