HR Generalist and Office Manager

FAIR Health, Inc. is a leading provider of healthcare data and analytics, serving all participants in the healthcare sector nationwide. We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist and Office Manager to support our Human Resources function and employees in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact and professionalism.
About the Role:
The HR Generalist and Office Manager will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, including posting job descriptions, scheduling interviews, and communicating updates to applicants. This role will also oversee the pre-boarding and onboarding process, serving as the primary contact for new employees. Additionally, this person will assist employees with personnel and benefit changes in HRIS, maintain and update digital files and employee records, and create and maintain the HR SharePoint site for employee forms and documents.

Requirements:
* 2-3 years of professional office experience, with at least 1 year of experience in a HR support role
* Associates degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Working understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures
* Ability to function well in a high-paced environment
* Proficient with human resource information system (HRIS) and similar computer applications
Work Environment:
This is a hybrid position located in NYC, requiring two days in the office.
